An interesting Star Trek review

I first learned about Red Letter Media when a friend told me about this great – and at times bizarre – review of Phantom Menace.  Since then I’ve looked forward to Mr. Plinkett’s reviews.  That last one he did, was for the 2009 Star Trek.  While I agree with pretty much everything he says, where he can enjoy it as an action film (forgetting that it is science fiction) I still dislike it because it was bad science fiction and because I’m from the school of Star Trek should be allowed to die.  Making more movies is beating an aged cash cow.  Much like his reviews of other movies, I find them more entertaining than the actual movies.  So check him out.

This used to be scifi

It’s just after 3:00 AM and I have no idea when I’ll be getting to bed.  All because some Danes decided to build a space rocket, almost in their garage.  Copenhagen Suborbitals is, hopefully, an hour or so away from launching their test rocket.  I’m wishing them all the best.
